Weekday group practices for experienced swimmers ages 12–15+ who want to stay in shape, continue improving, and swim year-round in a challenging but relaxed environment.
Practices combine advanced stroke technique with endurance, speed, and race-focused training across all four strokes, with additional emphasis on starts, turns, underwaters, pacing, and stroke efficiency.
It’s a great fit for strong summer swimmers who want to cross-train or continue swimming throughout the year, while also providing a supplement to club swimming for swimmers who want additional technical work and more individualized attention.

Two-hour weekend small-group practices for experienced swimmers ages 12+ that take a deep dive into two specific technical topics at each clinic.
Topics may include breaststroke pullouts paired with underwaters and breakouts, early vertical forearm combined with distance per stroke, or X-axis stroke technique paired with undulation.
The extended format gives swimmers time to understand, practice, and apply more advanced concepts while receiving individualized technical feedback.
We accept requests for future clinic topics and may also offer clinics specifically for swimmers ages 9–12 when there is enough interest.
